Aerial Play Beginner Course

Service Description

A lively and experimental aerial class where we explore different apparatus through games, creative creation exercises, and movement exploration. We’ll bring mindfulness and embodiment into our practice while finding our own movement and pathways in the air. Less focused on technique and strength building, and more on curiosity, play, and discovering what’s possible in your body. No prior aerial experience is required - all you need is curiosity for play and movement. Shantie comes from a diverse creative background, with roots in musical theatre and acting. She later found her passion for aerial arts and loves exploring the many ways we can move, play, and express ourselves through the body.
