About the event
Autumn Gathering · Cacao, Breathwork & Movement
Autumn invites us to slow down, reflect and let go. Join us for an afternoon of ceremonial cacao, conscious connected breathwork and embodied releasing movement.
Together, we’ll take time to connect with the body, honour what this year has brought and explore what we’re ready to release. There will also be space for rest and integration.
No previous experience with cacao, breathwork or embodied movement is needed. You are warmly welcome.
