About the event
Join us on Friday 4 December for an evening of Playfight: a welcoming space to explore movement, strength and connection through playful wrestling. Newcomers are very welcome.
The beauty of Playfight lies in its structure: invitation, encounter, appreciation and feedback. Held by a supportive circle, these rituals give us a way to confront one another with both strength and care—to meet resistance, express ourselves and stay connected to the person in front of us.
We use our bodies and strength in playful encounters, exploring balance, resistance and the game of pinning one another. There are no winners or losers. The invitation is to discover how you meet a challenge, listen to your boundaries and bring care into moments of intensity.
