This 6-day immersive training is designed to develop your capacity to guide transformation through movement, presence, and embodied awareness.
It offers a structured and experiential approach to facilitation, combining movement practice, somatic awareness, and clear frameworks that support both personal development and professional application.
Over the course of six days, you will deepen your relationship to your body, refine your perception, and develop the skills required to confidently facilitate individuals and groups through movement-based experiences.
