This six-day immersive movement training offers a comprehensive exploration of the language, principles, dance structures and pedagogy of the Embodiment Dance Method.

Through guided dance journeys, movement laboratories, partner and group explorations, theory and personal research, you will learn to construct, animate and refine movement from within.

The training is designed to deepen your own embodiment while giving you a clear and versatile movement methodology. For dancers, it develops greater freedom, sensitivity and expressive range. For teachers and movement professionals, it offers a rich body of structures, practices and pedagogical principles that can bring new depth and creativity to existing work.

This is not a facilitator training. The emphasis is on learning and embodying the method itself. The broader skills involved in holding groups and guiding transformational processes belong to Step 3: Transformational Facilitation.
