Edges of Connection - Dance & Playfight

Edges of Connection is a weekend immersion into the possibilities and embodiment of flow and resistance, confrontation and collaboration.

In confrontation, we explore what becomes possible when the ego is softened and released, when the need to win, defend, or dominate gives way to presence, honesty, and embodied listening. Through dance and playfight, we meet intensity without collapsing or hardening, learning to stay grounded and relational even when things heat up.

In collaboration, we train the capacity to prepare for resistance rather than avoid it, to move with presence, weight, and opposition as creative forces. Instead of expecting ease, we learn to welcome friction as information, allowing connection to deepen through attunement, clarity, and shared responsiveness.
