An evening of conscious movement, connection and embodied exploration held within a carefully crafted temple space.
Temple nights are spaces of openness, presence and permission, places where you are invited to arrive as you are. Through music, movement, touch, stillness and authentic connection, we create an environment that supports honesty, awareness and deeper relating with ourselves and others.
There is no pressure to perform, socialise or be anything other than yourself. You are always welcome to move at your own rhythm, honour your boundaries and engage only in ways that feel aligned for you.
