A Winter Retreat Devoted to Joy
Embodied Bloom is a winter retreat exploring how we can cultivate, embody and express joy through different embodiment modalities.
We move, sing, connect, meditate, explore, rest and play. Some moments will be alone, some in partners, some in community…
The beautiful venue is in the high snowy mountains of Bannalp, near Lucerne and Engelberg in Central Switzerland,
Outside, the mountains invite us into silence, fresh air, snow and the beauty of winter, including a special snow hike adventure together during the retreat. Inside we’ll explore a range of embodied practices.
