What you will explore
Explore new ways to move and express yourself, with mindfulness and embodiment woven into the practice. The focus is on creativity and movement exploration, rather than intensive technique or strength training. No prior aerial experience is required.

Shantie has a creative background in musical theatre and acting. Her passion for aerial arts grew into an exploration of the many ways we can move, play and express ourselves through the body.
